Concertina is a collection from the hands of Danish designer Morten Georgsen. His design philosophy is simple but full of character. In this console table, he gives the lively, colorful fronts a simple frame with the straight-lined body and frame. The idea for the mosaic of fronts came about during discussions on sustainable furniture design. As wood offcuts are produced during furniture production, the question was how they could be put to good use. Offcuts were sawn to different depths and angles and reassembled to create the unusual fronts. As a result, each Concertina piece of furniture is unique. The console stands on its own and will not lose its appeal even after years of use. Its look can be easily integrated into any modern interior.
